As a privacy consulting service provider, Lex11 prioritizes the protection and security of personal information. This Policy establishes important information about your rights concerning the processing of your personal information in the course of getting in touch with me / using my services. What personal information is collected ? 

When you visit Lex11’s website, information about your visit such as your IP address, login information, browser type, time zone setting and the pages you visited are not collected. 

When we are in contact, Lex11 collects the following data as data controller: 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your contact details (professional email, professional cell number) 
  • Your messages with Lex11

A few key points: 

  • Lex11 does not solicit or collect personal information from children.
  • Lex11 does not collect personal information unnecessarily.
  • Lex11 ensures that the data collected is kept in a form that allows identification for a period not exceeding the time required for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed.
  • Lex11 does not collect personal data pertaining to its customers’ clients.
  • Lex11 does not collect personal information using “cookies”.
  • Lex11 does not collect personal information for the purpose of sending marketing mailing campaigns.

Why, on what basis, and for how long is personal information collected ?

Personal information is collected for customer support, the fulfillment of services as well as business administration to comply with Lex11’s legal obligations. In practice, this entails using the collected personal information for tasks such as scheduling meetings, sending emails containing fee quotes, deliverables, invoices, etc. This information is voluntarily provided by you when seeking further information about Lex11 services, with the intention of establishing a partnership.

Upon request, Lex11 will confirm whether we are processing your personal information and provide you with a copy, along with relevant details. Additional copies may incur a reasonable fee.

If the personal information Lex11 holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request to have it corrected. Lex11 will also inform any third parties with whom we have shared your information, where possible and appropriate.

  • Right to Erasure:

You have the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal information under certain circumstances, such as when it is no longer necessary or if you withdraw consent. Lex11 will notify relevant third parties of the erasure, where possible.

  • Right to Restrict Processing:

You can request to ‘block’ or suppress the processing of your personal information in specific situations, such as when you contest its accuracy or object to processing. Lex11 will inform relevant third parties of any restrictions, where possible.

Transfer and disclosure of your personal information to third-parties

Lex11 only shares your personal information with your consent or in accordance with this Policy. Lex11 does not otherwise share, sell, distribute any of the information provided. 

Lex11 may disclose your personal information to: 

  • Our professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants for business administration; 
  • Government or regulatory authorities upon their request and only once the legitimacy of such request has been established; 
  • Information storage providers – we use Google Ireland Limited.

  • If Lex11 was to share your information with another third-party not included above, your authorization would be requested prior to proceeding. 
  • Lex11 does not transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
